So,

When I try to log in with the site username/password combo, the game tells me that the information I’ve entered is wrong.
The realmlist is modified for the correct server.

I’ve changed the password (as I’m writing this).

Why isn’t the game letting me in?

This was an issue with the password reset (eg. the “Lost password?” link at the login screen). It’s now been fixed. For anyone that has experienced this previously, please reset your password again to regain access to your account.
