Title

The title of the post should follow this general pattern: [Type] – Name – Description, such as [Item] – Minor Mana Potion – Gives health instead of mana

Type should be one of the following:

• Item
• NPC
• Quest
• Raid/Instance
• Other

Content

Please clearly describe the issue that you have encountered, how to replicate the issue, and any other information that can be provided. Screen shots are a great help, but unfortunatley you cannot upload images to this forum, but you can do it on a 3rd party site (such as imgur) and link it with the img button.
